Climate and geographical conditions in Oze

Oze's climate
The altitude of Ozegahara is 1400m, snow thaw in mid of May and they have first snow in late of October. The temperature comparing with Tokyo, 5 degrees Celsius lower in day time and 10 degrees Celsius lower in the morning and in the evening.

The entrance of Oze
There are 6 Oze entrances and they are Numayama pass entrance, Miike entrance, Kozoudaira entrance, Hatomati pass entrance, Oshimizu pass entrance and Fujimishita entrance. Followings are popular entrance among them.

Numayama pass entrance --> Altitude is 1700m, It will take about 30 minutes on foot to Oe wetland and 50 minutes to lake Ozenuma.

Miike entrance --> Altitude is 1500m, Going to Ozegahara using Hiuti forest road passing through Miiketashiro, Kamitashiro, Yokotashiro, Nishitashiro.

Kozoudaira entrance --> Altitude is 900m, Going to Ozegahara passing through Shibusawa hot spring lodge, Sanjyounotaki waterfall, Heranamenotaki waterfall.
